Through a comprehensive examination of technological innovation, customer preferences, training and education, and cost-benefit analysis, this research aims to clarify the intricate issues related to technology adoption in the food and beverage sector.



PROBLEM STATEMENT

Small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in the food and beverage (F&B) sector also face difficulties due to a lack of technical expertise. Some of these businesses may find it hard to understand, use, and keep up with new technologies. On the other hand, the industry's resistance to change comes from old ways of thinking and doing things.
